Business Members of Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL)
Our EQ Property Taxperts recently became business members of Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL), the largest and only dedicated national organisation that represents landlords and letting agents throughout Scotland.
SAL provide resources and assistance to landlords and letting agents (who receive specialist representation from Council of Letting Agents) as well as delivering lobbying and campaigning work. You can find our members page here.

Their latest article provides guidance on work activities that are “absolutely necessary” that can still go ahead where possible, unnecessary activities, managing rent arrears during COVID-19, mortgage holidays, social distancing/personal hygiene advice and deposits.
