Our client is a well-established business engineering company based in North Fife that specialises in the manufacture and installation of conveying and processing equipment to the food, agricultural and waste/recycling industries.
What type of work does the company do?
A number of projects were undertaken during the year to overcome technical uncertainties whereby the resulting end product. The claim focused on three projects which were a packing conveyor, components for weaving machinery and a low temperature vacuum drying oven.
What R&D work was completed?
The projects that the company developed offered a lower-than-market cost solution without any compromise on product quality. The skill and experience of the team was able to develop solutions to meet the design criteria within the cost constraints to make the products commercially viable.
