Rental Property – Allowable Expenses

Our Residential Property Taxperts have put together a factsheet that details what qualifies as an expense for tax purposes.  Landlords of tenanted property must report details of their rental income and expenses to HM Revenue & Customs on their Self Assessment Tax return each year and this should help understand what is an allowable expense.

Should you need further assistance, please contact our Residential Property Taxperts.
