Qualifications – Certified Chartered Accountant since 2018, Chartered Tax Adviser since 2021.

Experience – Ben has over 10 years of experience in the profession and his experience covers a range of accounting and tax issues, across a range of sectors.

Areas of taxpertise – Bespoke exit and succession planning, management incentives schemes, private client tax services, group reconstructions and reorganisations.

Other skills – Ben enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal level, to understanding their ambitions and find the best solution to meet their business and personal goals.

Favourite piece of tax planning advice – Ben enjoys anything technically challenging. He also enjoys watching his client’s business grow which can be done by simply incentivising the workforce, such as the issue of Growth or EMI (Enterprise Management Incentives) shares to key management, or sale of a business to an Employee Ownership Trust.

Outside of Work – Ben is an avid hill walker and nature enthusiast and is learning Bulgarian Language so that he can converse with his partner in her first language.
