What R&D work was completed?
The claim covers a two-year period during which the company dealt with a project considering the efficiency and accuracy of car insurance claims. The company was able to design an outcome whereby the time lag between initial filing of the claim and final assessment and payout was reduced to a fraction of the time. This of course produces efficiency savings. The company also delivered web-hosting solutions to its customers to allow the most efficient review, analysis and mining of data.
